Mr. Ohl is one of the three founders of the KOG Law, LLC law firm.  He is a trial lawyer with over 25 years of litigation experience.  Mr. Ohl has tried a large number of cases to verdict in various Illinois and Missouri state and federal courts and has successfully represented clients in various arbitration and mediation matters.  He has often been called upon to take over the handling of potentially high exposure personal injury cases for purposes of trial in both Illinois and Missouri state and federal courts.  His trial experience includes the handling of personal injury, wrongful death and commercial cases in the areas of products liability, premises liability, general negligence, mass transit, trucking, municipal, and school law. 

 Mr. Ohl received his undergraduate degree from Illinois State University (B.S. magna cum laude, 1985) and his law degree from Saint Louis University (J.D. 1992). After receiving his undergraduate degree and before attending law school (1985-1990), he worked in management and marketing for Illinois Bell Telephone and Seven-Up/Dr. Pepper.

 Mr. Ohl is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, State of Missouri and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois, the Eastern District of Missouri, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Eighth Circuit.  He is a member and former officer of the Madison County Bar Association and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
